Booking Policy

 1. Booking the session
 - All sessions are by appointment only. To reserve your time slot, advance payment is required.
 - The cost of the session will be deductible for any purchase within 3 months of the session.

 2. Price
 The session fee is €20 . This amount is payable at the time of booking after confirmation of the appointment.

 3. Non-refundability policy
 All payments for sessions are final and non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the amount will not be refunded. We encourage you to choose your time slot carefully.
 In the event of cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment, the price of the session is not due a second time.

 4. Non-tradeability policy
 Due to the personalized nature of our services, sessions cannot be exchanged for other services or products. Each appointment is designed specifically for you and your wedding plans.

 5. Appointment change
 If you need to change the date or time of your appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment; however, the initial payment will not be refunded.

 6. Missed Appointment
 If you miss your appointment without 48 hours' notice, the cost of your session will be considered lost and cannot be refunded.
